This figure would have likely been holding either a punt, or mooring stick in order to test the depth of the water, or push the boat away from the ban (cont.)

The figure here is also likely to to be a crew member from a model boat. Given its twisted position, it may be holding a punt, or may be involved in f (cont.)

The final figure from a boat is depicted as wrapped in a white cloak. A similar figure is seen on the model boat (W361). This has been intrepreted in (cont.)

This is one of five similar squatting figures. Research in 2019 identified a fowl roasting on a spit and a possible brazier which correlate to more co (cont.)

This figure is from a model granary, and can been seen carrying a sack of flour or grain upon its back. Note the fingers painted on the reverse of the (cont.)

The brewing of beer was an essential task in ancient Egypt. This figure given his outstretched arms is likely mashing the grains in order to start the (cont.)

This figure is thought to come from a model of fabric production, with the positioning of the arms suggesting either roving the yarn or operating a lo (cont.)

This figure likely comes from the same scene as the previous one. The position of the arms with a hole through one hand to accomodate the yarn and the (cont.)

Offering bearers were included in burials in order to magically continue the practice of leaving offerings as sustenance for the deceased. This figure (cont.)
