A small faience scarab. The hieroglyph inscription consists of two signs: 'mn' and 'khepr'. There is no longitudinal hole. Donated by Mrs Cox. This had belonged to her father, Edward Cox, who brought it from Egypt around 1903. He had been a valet for Lord Dynever.
