Description

A green faience scarab. The inscription is presumably Men-khepr-Re (Thuthmose III), though there is an extra i. Additionally, the longtidunal hole does not go all the way through. Donated by Mrs Cox. This had belonged to her father, Edward Cox, who brought it from Egypt around 1903.
