Description

Cylindrical object made of pottery, with '42' in black ink. One end appears mainly intact, is slightly rounded off and demarcated by a shallow incision around the circumference. Ther other end is broken obliquely. There are some markings on the barrel of the cylinder, not obviously meaningful but appear to be original. It is not clear what this object was part of, but it possibly a crude cylinder seal?
