Half of a daisy inlay in faience from Heliopolis. This came with a group number W500 of which one has a label 'Berens 47' on back. (See EC515: one has a label on the back giving the date and provenance- 'Porcelain Disc with inlay of petals of a different col ?clay. Egyptian of Ptolemaic period from Tel el Yahoudah. Used to inlay decorative details.' This one has no information associated with it. Tiles such as these usually date to the Twentieth Dynasty.
