- Description
-
This figure is likely a sailor as its arms are outstretched to hold a punt. It is heavily gessoed and crudely modelled. It wears a kilt and a white filet on its short wig. It is stylistically similar to figures from Middle Egypt, dating to the Eleventh to Twelfth Dynasty.
