A wooden rudder or oar, likely from a model boat. Eyes are painted above a lotus on both sides of the oar. It was purchased by Wellcome at auction in 1929. For a model oar painted with the Wedjat eye see Berman 'Catalogue of Objects from Cleveland Museum' No 154.
