Coptic amulet of dark stone. The wide suspension loop at the top is a circular tube of internal diameter ca.6–7mm, external diameter ca.12–13mm. Three single-ringed dots are decorated on either side of main body. The base (partly broken?) shows a deep circular hole (diameter ca.3mm) up the centre of the long axis. Purchased by Wellcome in 1923 from the collection of Ellinor Frances Berens.
