- Description

A crudely carved wooden mummiform shabti, which dates to the New Kingdom. The figure wears a tripartite wig, and traces of white gesso remain on the object. It is part of the Woking Collection, which arrived to the Egypt Centre on long-term loan from Woking College in 2012 (Engel 2020).
