Description

Fragment of a demotic ostracon containing a list of commodities, including wine and sesame. It dates to the Roman Period and was collected by the donor at Kom Ombo while on holiday prior to 1970. Translation by Adrienn Almásy-Martin and Cary J. Martin (2023).
