A mummiform worker shabti in blue faience, which dates to the Third Intermediate Period. The arms are crossed right over left, with the hoes added in black ink. The eyes and eyebrows have been added in black ink, as has a fillet, which is represented tied around the head. A seed bag is included in black ink on the back of the figure, slung over the right shoulder. This has been interpreted by some people as a brick mould, but the internal details make a seed bag more likely. This shabti probably belongs to a man called Djedkhonsu, whose name is written on two parallel figures in the Egypt Centre (WK 35 & WK 56). See also WK15, WK16, WK17, and WK56. It is part of the Woking Collection, which arrived to the Egypt Centre on long-term loan from Woking College in 2012 (Engel 2020).
