Description

A cast of high relief carved block with label on back. The cartouche is that of Intef VI of the 17th Dynasty. The original was found at Coptos by Petrie in spring 1894. The label on the reverse states that this was donated to Wellcome by James Butler in 1894. The original is in the Petrie Museum (UC14780). The cast seems to be made of concrete or cement. The head seems to be that of Min.
