A solid-cast copper alloy seated figure of Imhotep with an incised collar and an open papyrus roll across his knees bearing a hieroglyphic text. There is a tang at the rear of the hollow square plinth. It likely dates to the Late Period. On long-term loan since 2005 from the British Museum.
